ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Responsibility product and process engineer and NPI project engineer leader of medical device products.
- Review and design method and process and potential build from NPI product.
- To main coordination with other concerned departments such as Production, PMC, CS, QA, IQA and
Maintenance for communication center to solve problems for achieve product quality and delivery per
customer requirement.
- Develop and improve process for NPI and mass production.
- Improve process capacity, line balancing and cycle time improvement.
- Design and development new tooling/jig for new process and existing process.
- Monitoring and improvement first pass yield and final yield to meet KPI target.
- Investigate and troubleshoot defects of products.
- Documentation, issue and revise new procedures or documents compliance with customer requirement,
working instruction, Process Flow and Control plan, FMEA, Risk assessment, Product specification, packing
instruction, Validation Report.
- Support customer's complaint about defect analysis, investigate root cause then take actions.
