• Support sale manager.
• Contact and follow up exhibitors in exhibitor list for the project.
• Receive briefs from exhibitors and communicate together for their requirements.
• Discuss and create with team to do the booth design.
• Coordinate with suppliers to work together for the project (Structure, Furniture, Carpet,
Graphic, Electricity, AV, Staff, etc.)
• Provide quotation and booth design to exhibitors.
• Do the internal documents (Cost sheet, Quotation, Order form and PR).
• Be prepared to manage and solve all problems on site (if any).
• Take care of exhibitors on site day.
• Deliver the project or booth to exhibitor before opening day.

• Handle delicate situations, customer requests, special needs, and complaints.
• Give information for customer.
