-Specialist Surface Treating and Quenching Oil including value products
- Monitoring key account customer and gain business prospect customer and Japanese account support
OEM , Automotive parts , motorcycle parts and electronic parts to achieve target sale amount.
- Management in cost saving and selling products in Industrial lubricant.
- Responsible to financial, schedule planning and scheduling of work programs support, develop and
maintain (follow-up) and goodwill with customers.
- Monitoring key account and prospect in trading & distribution and Set sales budget, sales & marketing
plan , quotations, follow-up, forecasting and closed sales
-Preparing and Communication planning work schedules and timetables and estimate customer demand
and do sales forecasting
-Monitoring competitors’ activities and products and continuously following market trends and
developments, analyze and specify target business of lubricant industrial
- Working with team managers to plan how to approach contacts and create effective plans for sales
-Prepare strategic plan for product pipeline including target product profile
-Set positioning product and market segmentation, pricing strategy, SWOT analysis, product launch and
sale pipeline and new business opportunities to support growth targets.
-Prepare proposal agreement and value selling , value product , target sale amount , budget sale team
- Monitor promotional spending versus the promotional plan and Estimate customer demand and do sales
forecasting
- Marketing and promotion objectives and plans to sales force team whose action or support are necessary
to achieve those objectives\
