ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Review the accuracy of the monthly sales forecast.
2. Plan a monthly production capacity and analysis of production capacity.
3. Hold monthly capacity meeting with Production, Sale, R&D, Warehouse, Maintenance department and top management.
4. Plan a monthly raw material requirements (MRP) for local and oversea material. (direct material, factory supply, component, and purchase parts)
5. Create the purchase requisition (PR). (direct material, factory supply component, and purchase parts)
6. Monthly meeting with raw material suppliers.
7. Create a monthly production plan.
8. Create the daily production plan and scheduling to production.
9. Follow up production planning to achieve company goals and as customer requirement.
10. Meeting with production team to analyze and solve production problems according to planning.
11. Order material by daily (PDS). And create the production order.
12. Follow up material shipment and outside service to support the production.
13. Summary of the weekly and monthly reports of the planning department.
14. Maintain and update data for SAP system. (PP and MM module.)
15. Define the KPIs of production planning staff and production planning foreman.
16. Control the inventory level according to the policy.
17. Answer documents and customer surveys.
18. Audit support. (Customer,TS16949,ISO1400)
19. Collaborate with sale, QA, R&D, Production, WH, MT department on business condition.
