• Analyze and solve problems related to production and product quality that is not up to standard.
• Control the production process and Control product quality to meet the specified standards.
• Verify quality reports and supervise subordinates (approximately 150 people).
• Prepare summary reports about production (Yield / KPI / OEE etc.) and quality (NCR)
• Auditor internal audit system ISO22000, ISO14001, HACCP/GHP. Auditee External audit system
FSSC22000 Rev.5.1, ISO22000, ISO14001, US Army, HACCP/GHP.
• Prepare Validation and Calibration of tools and machines monthly and annual.
• Prepare Quality procedure manuals and standard documents (WI / SD / FM).
• Control production process and manpower and KPI.
• Quality physical and temperature control of raw materials and finished goods.
• Serve as a committee responsible for compliance with food safety management system standards.
• Auditor internal audit system ISO22000 and HACCP/GHP. Auditee External audit system ISO22000
and HACCP/GHP.
• Prepare Quality procedure manual and Work Instruction and Inspection standards and Transportation
documents.
