-Cooperate with Carrier, Airline, shipping
Transportation, Freight forwarder company, customer and sale
-Contact with planning and production Dept.
-Check cargo with warehouse before arrange
shipment
-Issued invoice and cost for sale.
-Issued shipping document send to customer.
-Compare about Fright rate.
-Booking with carrier, Transportation company
-Submit SI & Vgm via system of carrier and
freight forwarder.
-Check and confirm about draft bl &
on board date.
-Contact with Insurance company.
-Submit Form CO, D, JTEPA,AI,AK.
- Closing Job.
-Settle about expense to Account Dept.
-Summarize the monthly sales of each customer
to manager.
