ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Material Handing Control
- Design Lay Out and area to storage Trim and Chassis parts for the highest efficiency.
- Design and fine the best supply route and supply method that use time and distance at least.
- Ensure for all process working performance to meet all KPI.
- Lead for Installation facility for support to good ergonomics of operator such as karakuri, high cast
dolly etc.
- Job Observation, study time and balance job when install some facility for reduce the operation
time and reduce number of operator at finally.
- Cascade information and detail of Design change control to related function.
Improvement Activities
- Leader for implement AGV installation project (Automatic Guide Vehicle) for improve process flow
chart and head count reduction.
- Leader for implement PLC project (Part Logistic Centre) which design code and group part that
the same supply route then request to supplier for grouping before delivery to plant. For this
condition, not only eliminate picking process and work load of operator. Finally get the headcount
reduction.
- Leader for Lead-time reduction project, study factor and all categories, which effect to Lead-time
of each part amount of the inventory and fine the opportunity to reduce them. Finally, Lead-Time
was reduced 4-5 hours by approximately.
- Support and coordinate with Production Engineer when improvement activities are occurred.
Leader and manage improvement project for process flow chart improvement by study VA/NVA
time and analyst to eliminate NVA (Non-Value added), Design for LCA (Low cost automatic) and
Karakuri concept for Process Flow Chart improvement and Head count reduction.
- Study and define opportunity for headcount reduction item base on minimizes investment.
- Lead and mange Bumper Kit supply project. (Currently it was sent by synchronize method)
- Lead and mange CPM (Cockpit Module) supply by AGV. (Currently it was sent by synchronize
method)
Cost Control and manage all expense to be achieved KPI.
- Planning and forecast expense budget base on company target.
- Fine cost reduction opportunity and visibility to be achieve C/R target.
- Lead and control for cost reduction and benchmarking with Alliance Company.
- To complete all contract of Material Handling machine such as Forklift and Towing Truck.
- Support all engineer for idea sharing and support to analyst problem, risk and concern.

Register Part List of New Model that use in the car such as Part Instruction, quantity, supplier,
Sub Assembly Part etc. into Production BOM.
- Manage and Control structure of BOM to be correct.
- Manage the proper effective date of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) for implementation in
Production Line.
- Coordinate and ensure timing of all ECN is occurred with all related departments that can
support us to be in time that effective date is specify in ECN.
- Support internal communication, designer and related department.
