-Manage control requirements of PC and PD systems according to all control plan (APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
-Control and monitor the process of receiving work until the sales process.
and deliver the work to the customer at the appointed time.

-Contact with customers when encountering problems in the production process.
- Reports to the Manager about PC and PD all concerns.
- Preform PC and PD compliance audits and participate in compliance audits with
client.
-Working advice is given to employees "morning talk" every day before starting work.
-There are activities with Kaizen and QCC to develop the organization to reduce
costs. and increase efficiency in the production process.
