Develop training requirements to meet growing, changing needs
Provide security systems training to appropriate personal as needed/ required
Maintain accurate and complete training record for each Security staff
Monitor and document performance, including rewards/recognition and discipline
Determine and coordinate special coverage needs
Develop a documented security management systems per security scheme (CT-PAT, TAPA) and customer audit requirements
Write and update Post Orders and site-specific procedures based on Policies and Procedures set forth
Identify and propose new processes, methodologies, and systems to improve security service delivery to customer site
Develop and implement metrics systems and processes for performance measurements, proactive security assessments, compliance reviews and audit response
Review Security Operations Center logs including daily activity reports, radio communications, and guard tour (rounds) reports
Assist with preliminary incident investigation
Report incidents to appropriate personnel through escalation process
Assist customer with all aspects of emergencies: medical, fire, man-made and/or natural disasters
Assist in the coordination and execution of fire drills and other emergency planning drills as directed by the designated Lumentum Safety representative
