Collaborating with cross-functional teams from CRM, PR, E-Commerce, Digital, Graphic, and Corporate – to produce effective marketing communication and activation plans. Also, communicate internal department and brands’ owner on marketing and subsidy points.
• Organize new collection launch, new Presenter, and new shop
• Organize dealer conference with the sales team
• Organize Watch Fair and other sale activity
• Prepare communication and budget for online media (Owner and Partner) Content, Branding, Promotion
• Control Live streaming
• Brainstorm with sales and operation team to fully understand product’s information, pricing, highlighted models, collection highlight and mechanic, campaign mechanic, etc.
• Develop effective brand & product positioning for the local market as part of the Brand’s annual growth plan.
• Plan a monthly and seasonal, Marketing calendar in advance with Brand Head to achieve brand growth plan and sales targets. Activate strategies and activities as planned to align with sales target and budget allocation.
• Work with cross-functional teams in accordance with the minimum required lead times to allow proper planning and execution.
• Work with cross-functional teams (PR, Digital, CRM, Graphic, Corporate) to do develop marketing materials and communication plans to generate planned sales.
• Main point of contact with cross-functional teams and brand teams on the best implementation of the plan using both free and paid media, PR, Social, and CRM.
• Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project with support teams.
• Coordinate with operation & training team to brief and train sales personnel for the marketing campaign.
• Prepare ROI template for all key activities, proposing to management for approval.
