ควบคุมดูแลความเรียบร้อยของสาขา พนักงานขนส่ง พนักงานอ๊อฟฟิศ พัศดุต่างๆๆที่เข้ามาในสาขา ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ลูกค้าพึงพอใจ จัดส่งให้บรรลุเป้าหมายในส่วนของ KPI ทุกๆๆหัวข้อ ติดตามพนักงานจัดส่งในแต่ละวัน คอยตอนรับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาส่งพัศดุที่สาขา ดูแลเรื่อง COD ในแต่ละวัน ตรวจสอบข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า และนำมาแก้ใข ให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
1. Take care of the products that will come into the branch each day.
2. Check the manpower in the branch to be ready to support Deliver parcels on time within that day.
3. Check the parcel set that came in perfect condition. Ready to deliver to customers in a timely manner
4. Track employees with gps system every hour.
5.Control goals to achieve KPI according to company policy.
6. Check and track the COD balance of each employee within that day.
7. Check all orderliness in the branch before finishing work.
