ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Control production to achieve weekly/monthly output as planed
- Root Cause analysis of the issues in production line to improve
productivity and reduce scrap
- Co-ordinate with other department to ensure smooth flow of upstream
and downstream production processes
- Plan and schedule man-power to support production line
- Control WIP & Control inventory of each production line
- Plan service job, urgently repair, maintenance, and PM to proper
situations
- Cross train operators and allocate right person for the right job
- Improve 6S and safety at working area
- Control attendance of sub-ordinates

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Assemble the MDB, DB, MCC control cabinet according to the design
received, Install the cabinet to the main power cable or control cable at
the job site as assigned.
- Install equipment at the site of the pipe work EMT , IMC , installation of
rails, wiring, wiring according to the tasks assigned
- Install, repair, rotate products (Machine) on client site
- Bending the busbars in the MDB cabinet
- In-house factory 5S, improvement activities, ISO activities, safety and
health activities
- A/C knowledge as background is preference
- Electrical 2D Autocad Design
