Prepare production processes such as equipment, tools, machines, methods, standards, tests, and so on in order to have maximum efficiency before starting the actual production.
- Check specifies and accuracy of customer drawing.
- Register BOM in AS400 System.
- Design PC drawing to make work easier and more understandable for operator.
- Trial new model.
- Solve problems in the production process.
- Support process and production department in order not to affect the delivery to customers.
- Issue documents about engineering. Process flow, PFMEA, Control plan, WI, 4M change, ECI/ECR and related documents.

- Negotiate prices from supplier.

- Adjust steel prices for each quarter.
- Make VA/VE activities for reduce costs.
- Audit supplier with engineer team.
- Follow up trial new raw material with engineer team.
- Support supplier document for internal team request.
- Coordinate with another departments to keep the work going.
