- Manage and supervise new model team with engineering approaches to achieve the company’s goal.
- To be a project leader to interface with customer and internal cross functional team for new product/process development.
- Support sale team with quoting which decrease manufacturing cost, cycle time and increase quality and efficiency within
budget and on time delivery.
- Develop required documents to support new product/process development in accordance with customer requirements,
IATF16949 or other relevant standard, requirements. (e.g. APQP, Control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP)
- Support manufacturing for continuous improvement, quality issue, engineering change etc.
- Maintain and develop ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and other relevant standard, requirement.
- Perform other managerial tasks assigned by superior
- Control break down and Preventive maintenance
