ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Major support automotive air conditioning development (Fluid Transport,
Evaporator), corporate with customers, supplier and headquarter.
• Maintain and improve product quality, cost of assigned product.
• HPLM system upload drawing and BOM.
• CR/CR issue and follow up of Engineering Change Notice for response
product.
• Control and follow up Quality issue of new and current production parts.
• Sample making, development and delivery before start of mass production.
• Establish engineering BOM for Fluid Transport and Evaporator.
• Establish process flow and control plan for prototype stage.
• Prototype tooling communicate to kick-off.
• Responsible purchase order issue and inventory of component part and
sample part making.
• Department invoice summarized for Chief Technology Officer approve.
• Testing information provide per Engineering Specification of Fluid
Transport and Evaporator.
• Work as a team with other department to ensure that all of information
about new part development will not miss communicated.
• Performed production validation test (PV Test) to evaluate the process
potential to produce Evaporator and Fluid transport that confirm to
engineering specification.
• Coordinate with supplier department to improve component and require
producing new component.
• Create bill of materials for new program.
• Prepared complete and accurate design document for Evaporator and Fluid
Transport products such as DFMEA and drawing.
