1) Production Main assembly and Test process with take care of 200
employees with KPI: Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
Key of work
 Get order by shiftily by daily by Demand Team.
 Set meeting with my team and the other department to concern.
 Check material parts & sent material plan to support demands.
 Planning & Prepare Manpower, Line/Machine/Tester, Container.
 Improve the productivity, Efficiency, utilization of the process.
 Keep follow up by Hourly, shiftily, daily, weekly with PDCA.

2) Strategic Operation Cost control with take care of 25 employees
about Scrap cost reduction, Overtime, Spare parts, In Direct Material,
Bus cost all department in Principal Engineer or the same Manager
level Position Cost Improvement to Scrap/LOH/Spending/Utilities.

 Execution and sustain to achievement.
 Set up weekly meeting together.

 Report High Management.
