• Planner and searching all details and information of the new building
• Site visit and analyze the cost and various elements of the new building management
• Inspection process with team for new building survey
• Handover
• Control and monitor the technician on site
• Planner and organize the schedule of PM plan of each building
• Analysis and resolve the problem on site (by phone 24 hr.)
• Coordinate with all parties for plan of maintenance, fixing or any related
• Assign work order to technician with recheck after job done
• Prepare daily and monthly report for head level
• Prepare details and report for meeting with Juristic person committee
• Contact and coordinate with supplier for any quotation and comparison process
• Check or review and approved M&E drawing and fitting out drawing process
• Support Juristic Person Office
