• Providing, monitoring and tracking incident service and support for Users in Bangkok office.
• First level support network system includes LAN, WAN Print Server AD Active Directory user management password reset ,unlock account, group policy management
• Providing and setting up connection for video conference via voice IP conference for the meeting.
• Managing and supporting Cisco call account
• Create id user and configure setup Cisco Phone and Voice mail, Blackberry,
IPhone, other.
• Coordinating with headquarter, vendor and regional team for assigned project,
monitor, tracking, progress, estimating final discussed.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Working continuously on task until completion (or referral to third parties, if
appropriate)
• Checked update IT asset device such as desktop, laptop, Cisco IP Phone, IP conference other equipment.
• Monthly meeting report Achievement tracking progress, planning, escalating, Issue, solution and summary all of currently situation.
• Talking staff /clients through a series of action, either face to face or over the telephone to help setup system or resolve issue.
• Providing support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Provide service and support conference system, Cisco, Polycom
• Manage SCCM for all computer in the network (LAN)
• Installing and upgrading system as required
• Rollout and configure Teamwork Application to users who require
