•Process reservations via email, telephone, fax. (travel agencies, direct booking)
•Process letters of confirmation and modify bookings.
Arrange transportation for guests as required.
•Issue invoices and follow up on payments before guest arrival.
•Assist Reservation Manager and Reservations Supervisor to handle group bookings and update contact information on booking system.

•Handle booking for walking guests.
•Take care of cashier duties and check payments.
