► Control and manage Production Assembly’s manpower in shift including to improve subordinate's skill and strong drive subordinator to achieved production assembly target.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
► Responsible for root cause analysis of abnormal in
process.
► Monitoring and analysis furnace status trend by
quality control chart for adjust condition and
maintenance.
► Responsible for test and report status of new
model to customer.
► Assure quality of QC equipment by daily verify
sheet.
► Recheck to confirm and judge when product
trend maximum or minimum spec.
► Present monthly working method improvement (KAIZEN activity).
► Inform customer when found some abnormal incoming, inprocess and final
process.
► Present annual budget for support QC section.
► Control QA/QC document for support IATF 16949.
► Coordinate with other section to support production.
► Leader of QCC activity "1st award"
► Able to use Microsoft Office and SAP program.
► Basic command in speaking, listening, reading and writing English.
► Initiative, result oriented and good team player.
► 5 Gen report.
► Training IATF 16949 : 2016 (APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA)
► Training ISO 9001 : 2015
► Training Calibration System.
