Check and Inspect material of structural steel and Pipe.
Prepare and check work packed for fabrication structural steel and Pipe.
Management and control team QA/QC (3 person) for work.
Prepare and check work packed for fabrication of pipe line and structural steel.
Prepare procedure of QA/QC and plan of work for fabrication pipe line and structural steel.
Check cost and prepare drawing cutting plan for fabrication pipe line and structural steel.
Prepare and check “piping test package” for testing.
Check weld repair rate and welder performance for each project.
Collect and complete sail away document for release product
Check and visual Fit-up and Visual after weld, and make for Fit-up report and Visual Report of structural steel and Pipe.
Prepare and make “Test Package” by ISO drawing and P&ID.
Prepare and make “Traceability Report” (all NDT report) for test package of structural steel and Pipe.
Check and inspect all material structural steel and Pipe.
Establish QC database for inspection record and prepare inspection report.
Control, check and request NDT and PWHT for required by piping specification.
Check and visual punch list, and report punch list before Hydro-test.
Summarize outstanding punch list for inspection release certificate.
Witness and report for Hydrostatic Test.
Check reinstate piping after Hydro-test completed.

I use the Microsoft of Project program for writing workflows and step for work, given to schedule.
I can use program SAP.
Check work job by “piping line class” and “drawing of equipment” requirements for welding, repair, cleaning, NDT, hydro-test and other.
Prepare ISO drawing and P&ID for work.
Collect and prepare is data for “Work Order Package”.
Purchase order material all, after write step procedure and method for working.
Check price quotation from subcontractor, and input perched order for subcontractor for change and maintenance pipe line, Heat-exchanger, Tank, Vessel and Fin-fan.
Prepare job for worker is working job.
Management and control job for working and completed job.
Check cost and control cost.
And pushing the work that has finished work in the refining.
Site survey in plant for work and planning of pipe line Heat-exchanger, Tank, Vessel and Fin-fan in refining.
