ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Determine policies and procedures from the objectives and company goals to plan,
control and supervise the quality assurance work of products by referring to the
customer needs and the department objectives.
- Coordinate with customers and other departments for implementation quality
system, PPAP, Meeting on quality problems or customer complaints in 8D report.
- Prepare quality control plans related to products, tools and machines in the products
delivery to customers, consulting on product quality information and collecting
information on customer demand.
- Quality problems solving in the production process for the company to produce
quality work and ontime delivery.
- Participate in the development production process to use low production costs, there
are products modeled in accordance with market changes, product technical
information to support customers.
- Value analysis to ensure optimization of production capability and product quality.
- Improve production performance in quality, productivity and delivery .
- Manpower control & organization/ budget control / part scrap reduction.
- Develop an action plan for eliminating risks and maintain.
- Recommendations on preventing accidents and controlling risks within company.
- Prepare Safety manual and standard at work. Promote and support academics and
operations of various employees departments to be free from causes of harm or illness
from working include the control of fire prevention and serious accidents.
- Determine the suitable Personal Protective Equipment type presented to Managing
Director arrange for employees wear during work.
- Organize training on basic knowledge and practices related to Safety at work for new
employees before working include employees who have to work in different from the
previous job that was performed and may be dangerous.
- Coordinate Safety operations in working with each departments inside and outside
include relevant government agencies.
- Assessing the overall in Safety work system
- Collect the performance of safety officers at all levels and follow up on the
performance of safety at work in accordance with the policies, plans and report to the
Managing Director every three months.
- Perform other safety work as assigned by the Managing Director.
-Support and promote according to operational standards and the requirements for
Quality, Safety and Health, Environment working.

- Represent department in daily Customer team meeting and work with Cross functional Team for First Pass Yield Improvement Activities.
