Project Start Up
Coordinate in-external parties regarding toproject timeline and implementation plans.
Set up work process of new operation in term ofsystem, document and operation process
Build up operational team for new activity
Commissioning operation findings and analysis
Responsible for daily operation management: Silooperation, planning, coordinating and target
obtaining
Assist project start up manager for assignments
On spot improvement Project
Customer quality and performance improvementby process and data analysis
On ground observation, collect data and analyzewith solution proposal of challenged assignments
Operation
Manage overview and hands-on warehouseoperation, team leading such manpowerplanning,
storage, stock, shipments.
Responsible customer assigned accounts.
On and Off site operation withincustomer site area and property
Ensure target toward planning
General/Ad-hoc assignments
Provide reports such department KPI, Dataanalysis, investigation report, minutes of meeting
Support informations and make presentations forexecutive meeting
Arrange meeting and company occasion events
Video editing for event occasionally
