• Plan and update the annual paint booth cleaning schedule.
• Plan and follow up result to make sure EDP activities completed as plan.
• Improve facility with Maintenance for support Project
• Set up and Create TPM to support Maintenance system

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Manage team for continuous improvement activities in Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost efficiency
• Perform the safety audit to ensure that all machines are safe for all users
• Perform the safety audit to ensure that all systems can run smoothly and can support all company need
• Manage and handle day-to-day operation of machine and equipment break down in order to support the production
• Anticipate and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to install all machines or equipment according to plan both short and long term plan
• Set up PM and TPM methodology to the maintenance to continuous improvement and standardization
• Set up the spare part management system and budget, Provide technical documentation and control expenditure within budget
• Manage and control the Maintenance budget to achieve the cost target
• Responsibilities to improve MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) & MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and Machine efficiency
• Manage and develop a team for shift reliability and preventive maintenance works
• Coaching & develop all teams to have the short lead time of problem solving
