Responsible
- Production planning to producing and stock keeping collaborate with sale plan for low
cost achievement.
- Control to F/G stocks Ethanol and Potassium Humate for good quality, FIFO
keeping and lowest cost operation.
- Control to main raw material feedstock incoming, all chemicals, fuel and solid fuel,
spare parts, wear and tears stock keeping for continuous producing on lowest cost.
- Dispatching F/G product Ethanol and Potassium Humate with partner on lowest cost
optimization.
- Supervised and Manage overall logistics and warehouse processes and facilitate the
coordination and communication between the company’s support functions.
- Manage daily activities and performance of all warehouse staff, delegation of responsibility where applicable.
- Maintenance of high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes.
- Plan and queue up the freight forwarders both inbound and outbound.
- Take care of daily shipment in warehouse for incoming and outgoing goods and materials correctly.
- Update records and maintain of all products in the Warehouse database system to ensure the information held is correct.
- Improve and provide coaching by motivating employees to participate and considering that everyone is involved in the company's success and continuing by setting to the standard procedures.
- Direct Problem Solving activities related to process failures and efficiency improvements with the QC tools.
- Prepare plans, budgets for work facility, manpower team and project development.
- Ensure compliance at all times of Health & Safety policies, procedures and Laws.

Achievement
- Plan for Molasses receiving to good quality selective and keep in to storage for
maximize to the production yield achieved to profit.
- Production operation cost planning evaluate for achieve standard cost targets.
- Develop operating KPIs and control point was achievement product storage and
dispatching achievement with KPIs target.
- Develop all activities by apply the QC tools for process control and work improvement.
- Maximize storage capability and decrease storage cost by apply the EOQ and ABC
theory that collaborate with ERP Navision for reduce cost from 30 MB to below 10 MB.
- Develop ERP with the SAP HANA team for build business go to world class system.
- Build the standard operation in to the ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 system.
