• Handle reinsurance claim (all re-inward). / Coordinated with Thailand and oversea Insurers.
• Handle claim for CP Group: Charoen Pokphand Group (DBB (Thailand).
• Handle Claim Property (Broker Channel).
• Receive the new claim notification and responsible for all incoming claim notification.
• Examine claim document, policy conditions, premium status and evaluated the loss or damage of the Insured’s Property.
• Coordinated with the broker, insured, ceding company and reinsurer company for claim process.
• Summarized and issued the claim consideration including payment to the Insured.
• Send Preliminary Loss Advice, Loss Settlement Advice and Recovery Advice to reinsurers.
• Coordinated with finance department in order to manage the fund transfer and cheque to the Insured within target timeline.
• Coordinated with Insured, broker and ceding company to pick up the cheque and send cheque to the Insured / broker.
