ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Handle Marine and Trade Credit (Fronter) Insurance.

- Handle Property (Package), Fire, Public Liability, Co-
Insurance.

- Manage the delivery of customer claim notification and coordinate with concerned parties (Broker, Agents and Claims Adjuster and Surveyor) to arrange a cargo inspection / survey.

- Provide supporting claim document lists to insured including give advice / feedback to ensure prompt delivery of customer services.

- Reviewing and verifying accuracy on insurance claim adjustment and terms and conditions of insurance policy and ensuring that all claim requirements are met including provide claim consideration to insured.

- Prompt and accurate processing of all concerned parties requests.

- Ensures timely feedback of all claims follow up.

- Pro-actively collaborate with other departments on issues related to claims.

- Manage efficiently all pending cases to ensure desired customer experience is delivered to customers within target TAT.

- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned to help meet operational related requirements.

- Coordinate with concerned parties (Insurer, Broker, Consignee and Operation Division) to arrange the cargo inspection / survey.

- Checking, correcting and issuing survey report to the principals.

- Follow up with clients to update the claim status / claim intention to the principals.

- Review claim documents, summarize claim details and adjusted the claim for the principal’s consideration.

- Arrange the salvage bidding / salvage sale to minimize the insurer’s cost.

- Update the status of the pending / outstanding files to Manager.
