-Hand on production responsibilities and process good supervisor andleadership skill-Plan, analysis and control production plan and strategy-Supervisor and monitor employees work performance to ensure that allproductions are completed within the time line-Manage and ensure high production productivity and effective-Lead a time of operators in managing the overall production for the factory-Trouble shooting of production - related problems in the production line andensure their resolution with concerned parties including suppliers-Reviews and updates production procedures & analysis methods-Develops and conducts quality training sessions or seminars to promotequality awareness and consciousness-Create and control engineering department's tooling stock, budget, expense.
- Lead and planning TPM and Energy & Environmental Management Projects. - Participate in New project evaluation/Development. - Support technical matters of Production Department for Production ProcessImprovement. -Design/modify/improve/innovate the production machines includinginstallation and set up until able to use effectively in the production processes
