- Service of food and beverages in a timely manner, attentive and friendly guest service
- Doing the breakfast, banquet, group service, self-service, and à la carte service
- Position tables and seats for customers
- Coordination and communication with chefs, staff peers, and managers of all relevant information in an accurate and timely manner
- Learning daily account closing in the allocated restaurant as well as daily accounting of the income from the previous day (whole operation)
