ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง (Main contractor)

During my working years at Thai Obayashi co., ltd. I got an opportunity to work in company's rotation system during my first 1.5 years in the firm which provide me more working efficiency, including 3 section of construction department.
• Shop Drawing Section (6 months) : Drawing for construction (AUTOCAD&REVIT skills and specification for construction works).
• Construction planning Section (4 months) : Temporary work, Heavy machines, Construction method and Project schedule.
• Building Cost Estimation Section (3 months) : Building cost estimation and construction contract.
• O-NES Tower construction site (4months) : Taking responsibility of steel structure works and making of construction schedule.

After my rotation system period, I got an opportunity to manage man-power, construction schedule, material stock and other construction related cost in order to reach the most profit for my construction project since January of 2021 to present.
• Park Silom construction site (Jan, 2021 to Present) : Taking main responsibility for concrete formwork and construction material management.
