- Responsibility of the cripple cars which cannot rework in main production line for all models such as GLA, A-class, C-class, E-class, S-class, GLC, GLE, GLS, CLS.
- Managed the cripple cars to be completed car as the capacity and target required.
- Problem solving the issue topic in rectification processes.
- Processes optimizing and improvement. (Safety, Quality, Cost reduction)
- Processes control as IATF16949, ISO14001 requirement.
Assembly Shop:
- Leading to main production line (Product are GLA, CLA, A-class models.)
- responsible of Main Assembly including Trim and Mechanical process.
- responsible of Sub.Assembly including Engine, suspension process.
- Problem solving the issue topic in production line.
- Line balancing as the capacity required.
- Processes optimizing and improvement. (Safety, Quality, Cost reduction)
- Processes control as IATF16949, ISO14001 requirement.
