ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.รับผิดชอบการโปรเจ็คที่ได้รับมอบหมายไปติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ที่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของ MSA ตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการเริ่มต้นด้วยการเขียนแบบนำเสนอลูกค้าและทำการติดตั้งที่สถานที่
เช่น - บริษัท สยามคูโบต้าคอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด ต้องการให้ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์กันตกบนหลังคา
- บริษัท สยามคราฟท์อุตสาหกรรม จำกัด ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์กันตกในแนวดิ่ง เป็นต้น และเมื่องานเสร็จเรียบร้อยก็จัดทำเอกสารส่งงานและส่งมอบงาน
2.มีหน้าที่สอนและอบรมการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ของทางบริษัทให้ความรู้ทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้า เช่น เครื่องวัดแก๊สของ MSA,Personal Fall Limiter (PFL), self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA)
3.ดูแลเอกสารการเคลมอุปกรณ์ที่มีปัญหา เริ่มจากการตรวจสอบปัญหาและจัดทำเอกสารเพื่อส่งเคลมไปยังบริษัท MSA Thailand และติดตามกระบวนการเคลมจนได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่มาทดแทนผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีปัญหา
