ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Attend APQP process meeting for new model parts
• Coordinate with company group in oversea with concern model about forecast, order and part price changed.
• Follow up document concern with purchase & logistic for ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949
• Handling purchase team to review forecast, issue P/O to all supplier (local, Oversea supplier)
• Sourcing new part in local and oversea supplier for localization and VA/VE activity
• Negotiate with supplier for price change request
• Handling logistic team to follow up complete import & export process
• Follow up to purchase and logisctic in charge to complete supplier monthly evaluation
• Prepare Purchase & Logistic KPI for monthly report to MD
• Handling supplier annual audit & improvement
• Leader team auditor for internal audit (ISO14001, IATF16949)
• Provide purchase yearly plan for submit to Head quarter in Japan
