- Providing custom-built benefits and experiences for customer (Citi Bank Ultima Metal credit card , American Express)
- Being personal assistant : Travel advice, Travel assistant, Home & Auto assistant,Airline & Hotel assistant, etc.
- Being responsible for inbound & outbound calling, E-mails and Reports
- Responding to customer inquiries for our services and other inquiries using researching information
-Dealing with complaints
- coordinating with service providers to execute the services
