- Make advance booking with airlines and always do consolidation to combine several booking request
- Make booking with airlines at reasonable cost based on trade lane and airlines strategy
- Coordinate with related section/dept. for smooth operation and solving problem
- Negotiate with airlines for Ad-hoc/lower rate
- Follow up shipment until arrive destination and inform all concern if any irregularity i.e. damage/ split/ missing cargo/misroute
