-Coordinate, follow up and update status of export shipment between oversea agent and client.
-Checked rate and space with carrier.
-Providing rate quotation e.g. ocean freight, transportation, customs clearance and any forms.
-Placing booking via carrier’s system.
-Create booking confirmation.
-Submit SI & VGM as FCL shipment / Co-load shipment.
-Send tally my sheet to shipper for checking their cargoes.
-Issue and send HBL to oversea agent and client.
-Issue billing invoice / debit note / voucher to all concerned.
-Maintain relationship with existing oversea agent and client.
-Solve problems by cooperation with concerned.
-Coordinate with all related parties to completed shipment process.
