• Supervise and monitor the performance of subordinates and ensure conformity with the standards
• Development and improvement of working methods to be effective and according to company policy
• Manager planning and operational support to meet the production plan.
• Build up All Activity for achieve target of Safety, Yield, Efficiency, Productivity, Quality, Delivery and cost.
• Management production process, Manpower , plan management and Scrap reduction management
• Production plan by Machine Load Manpower Plan in monthly follow target
• To be the leader in problem analysis.
• Maintain to Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through such as Kaizen in process
