ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Managing and Supervising overall process of Warehouse such as receiving RW.( 4 receiving bays )
& FG. , sorting , put away , picking , feeding RM. to processing and Inventory controller.
- Store controller ( inbound , outbound , inventory) : Spare part , Chemical , ingredients , Seeds ( in cold room), packaging ( Paper box , plastic bag , strapping band equipment etc.
- Managing warehouse operation in comply with Company rules and regulation.
- Maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repairs, and handling requisitions for replacements.
- Planning storage space within the warehouse to ensure utilize & optimize space , lay out
and control FIFO , FEFO , Pest control , monitoring Temperature and moisture .
- Planning and set queue truck for offloading RM. and control time for receiving (20-25 Trucks /day).
- Preparing and Stuffing FG. for Export.
- Safeguarding warehouse operations and content by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. , Liaise with Managements and related parties in factory.
- Controlling inventory levels Min , Max , Safety stock by conducting physical counts, and reconciling with the data storage system .
- Set up and verify KPI. evaluate operation staff such as lead time each activities in WH. receiving and put away , Stock controller , Physical and cycle count monthly both actual on hand and Q’ty in system correct 100%. , Stock accuracy.
- Planning and Controlling cost , expense and budget for operation.
- Set up and Monitoring and set policies such as health environment and safety , 5S . etc.
- Solving problems and finding solution not repeated claim and co -decision making all subject and issue.
- Made reports to Managements : KPI , Space utilization , Operation cost , OT. , and other required from other departments Daily , Weekly , Monthly.
- Meeting with Managements. - Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and new staff.
