- Quoted quotations for potential business partner including Multinational Corporation,
Government Agency and Travel Company
- Presenting contracts to potential group for accommodations
- Coordinating flow of production between all property functions such as front desk,
housekeeping, reservation and management team
- Creating revenue report daily, monthly and yearly for presentation
- Assembling information packages using sales techniques that maximize revenue while
maintaining existing guest loyalty to the brand
- Maintain good relationship with free individual traveler, partner company and government
agency

- Assist the Reservations Manager in all aspects of maintaining daily reservation operations
- Representing a five star property on handling duties via phone and email
- Match products with guest needs resulting in revenue generation, brand preference and
customer loyalty
- Achieve budgeted for the department including tracking previous sales and forecasting revenue in
the future including on the book report daily
- Working with all departments to ensure overall guest experience is above expectations
