-Supervise production team to meet production objectives.
-Control operators, machines and material to meet target of quantity ,quality delivery and cost
-Responsible daily report (Output, yield and Issue)
-Control inventory on process line to have the right quantity.
-Interview with employees to take jobs by position.
-Follow up 5S on area of responsibility
-Follow up with operators on proper work method and accurate operation as WI

-Maintain and repair machinery according to plans.(PM, Corrective, Break down maintenance
-Support the production team according to production plan to achieve the production target
-Responsible to control subordinate follow company rules and job description
-Monitor and follow up daily check sheet
-Create and report documents related to maintenance work
-Responsible daily report
