• Gained and understanding in the product and process in order to job description procedures.
• Communication and discussed with the customer oversea in various areas such as Malaysia, Japan, China about quality and make decision with them together.
• Defect & yield loss improvement for maintain productivity and machine efficiency 85%. Including to archive the gold target in order to customer specific requirement (CSR)
• Being leader of Six Sigma project about cost down, reduce manpower and yield improvement project, Including presenter representative at China factory in Y2020.
• Applied and analyzed statistic program Minitab program in statistical analysis whether Hypothesis test, Z-test, T-test and Anova with any factors.
• Prepared and reviewed engineering document as ECN, ECR, TECN, OM, FMEA and Control plan with involve persons.
• Kickoff New model project with others department, Meeting to make the decision with Thailand team and Japan team together. Following the progress of machines and process concern for keep the timeline as meeting.
