• Main power for receive/Research new project of factory such as New process, New product,
Quality improvement, Productivity improvement, Cost reduction.
• Managing Engineer team and follow to target.
• Process management design from Customer requirement or Factory policy.
• New process trial/Testing/Improvement for Best condition and issue standard with transfer
project to production.
• Improvement of product defect by set goal/ Root cause analysis/test and result with follow up
team in Defect meeting.
• Knowledge in Rubber product and process for automotive parts.
• Qualified of Automotive quality management in Core tool such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA.
And new model concerned, etc.
• Internal auditor for management system as ISO9000, ISOTS16949, OHAS18001, ISO14001.
• Coordinates and main supports other departments as requested.
