ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Schedule’s repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, facility& utility.
- Improve & test the new equipment of machine.
- Review job order to determine work priority.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Trial new machine after then create schedule plan for maintenance machine.
- Check condition of the machine in that fully usable away.
- Develop and implement machine.
- Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Design system (cooling, power unit) of new machine.
- Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
- Manage the job of technicians.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Prepare budget for department.
- Contact supplier both in domestic and abroad for request quotation, make tooling, component of the machine and maintenance machine.
- Participate with the safety officer for approve the safety equipment in the pant
- Prepare the document for audit ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, OHSAS 18001.
