1. Create scheduling & update document for work activity.
2. Manage the planning /schedule progress necessary for maintenance reliability, scheduling of prepared jobs as well as update and maintain the daily work order system.
3. Plan & ensure efficient resource utilization, excellent coordination, materials, tools and labor crews.
4. Supervising all of parts transections such as purchase order, issues and returns.
5. Maintains simplified logic schedules, implementing critical float path analysis to determine problem area and the team to critical schedule issues.
6. Keep track and do progress report against the schedule.
7. Prepare the norms for record and analysis.
