After the three months of internship, my major tasks were to be a translator and do some management discussion and analysis (MD&A) on excel. I translated most of the documents from Thai language to English that were being sent to the major shareholders of the Company like GULF, TRUBB, SAMART, INTUCH and ADVANCED or to the SEC. I did MD&A to be put in the said documents. Although my main tasks are to translate and MD&A, I learned many things from these two kinds of works. I did not only learn how to translate quickly and precisely but also learned how to adjust the format of the documents to look professional, learn the advantages and disadvantages, effects, different kinds of dilution effects and options of a company that wants to increase the capital for example warrants, right offering and private placement. From these three experiences, I believed to be a qualified candidate who could help your company to reach the targets.
