Job description:
Sr. Production Manager (2013-Aug, 2014)

• Manage all department; Paint Shop, Body, Trim & Chassis, Maintenance team to achieve targets.
• Preparation the production line and facilities to support new model launching.
• Lead for production meeting and follow up all issued to achieve company targets.
• Process improvement such to reduce cycle time per model.
• Co-ordinate with development team to ensure all design, timing manufacturing and costing issues are understood and progressed.
• Manage and Improvement all facilities both machine and equipment.
• Manage for Factory expansion project in order to increase production capacity.

Sr. Engineering & Program management Manager (New Model Launching) (2011 - 2013)

• Manage for New model launch, Technical, Localization and Quality department to achieve targets.
• Manage new project to achieve company targets.
• Manage for localization program and review the localization plan & report to achieve Local content.
• Lead and manage team of quality and cooperate with after sale in term of warranty.
• Project Feasibility review and new product cost estimation.
• Provide technical support to production department to produce the Tooling and Facilities.
• Pre-production part and process planning for production line.
• Process improvement such to reduce change over time per model in case of Jig & Fixture.
• Co-ordinate market teams to ensure all design, timing manufacturing and costing issues are understood and progressed.
• Control products and component testing and evaluation.
