About the role
• Lead SEM/SEO campaign management including negative keywords, keyword expansions and ad A/B testing
• Develop overall lifecycle / loyalty marketing communications plan leveraging appropriate marketing channels (SEM, Facebook Ads, email, In-App/Push, onsite, etc.).
• Partner with Product, Brand Marketing and Local Market teams to develop campaigns deliverables for marketing content and offers.
• Ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics which are tracked and analyzed.
• Partner with Data Science team for customer segmentation and predictive modelling initiatives.
• Utilize user segmentation and actionable cohorts to perform analysis, experimentation and conduct ongoing A/B testing for optimization.
• Work with Data Science teams to improve the intelligence available for predictive, personalized, real-time marketing.
• Deliver results at an operational level with respect to campaign management, creatives, data mining, A/B testing, optimizing and scaling
• Provide weekly/ monthly performance reporting and analysis on all lifecycle/loyalty marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained

• Marketing Strategies
• Formulate marketing strategies: Brand Awareness, Marketing Content: offline and online, Advertisement, Communication to promote the company’s products and solutions.
• Formulate marketing strategies by studying all related factors, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of the marketing plan and work closely with Sales team to execute the plans
• Studying market research including market trend, customer insight, competitors, and sales channel leverage to define significant marketing focused in the short, mid and long term.
• Brand Development
• Formulate brand strategies based on strong market analysis, competitors’ analysis, and internal portfolio analysis, utilizing the digital marketing tools.
• Take brand ownership and provide the brand story and strategies to drive customer engagement and act as Brand awareness
• Leading and managing all brand activities to ensure that they will fit with brand strategy and company’s directions
• Building brand equity and be able to lead the business to achieve market share, sales, and profit target
• Create brand awareness by message and image that results and ensure all brand strategies are underpinned by strong & in-depth customer understanding
• Content
• Supervise end-to-end content processes of the creating, writing, editing, producing product and solution contents across all platforms
• Provide creative, editorial, and technical support in-term of internal search and SEO improvement to team
• Develop content strategies for both offline and online platform for the purposes of awareness, engagement and conversion
• Optimize social media tools to maximize campaign/content quality and engagement

• Manage effective marketing activities and oversee the launching process of new products, services, and solutions.
• Develop and execute marketing communications to make more perception and understanding of company’s product and services
• Data Analysis
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Analyze competitive data, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight to develop and improve tactics
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Ensure that all performance of marketing activities effectiveness by assessment of KPIs and ROI
• ERP System Salesforce and create automated customer journeys and communications throughout the customer’s lifecycle and at key trigger points during their shopping journeys
• Assist local CRM specialists in Thailand with local CRM campaigns and segmentation
• Manage communications in multiple CRM channels including but not limited to emails, push notifications, in-app messages, on-site banners, SMS, and WhatsApp messages.
• Assist with designing and executing experiments to optimize engagement and conversions using different segmentation and content strategies
• Assist with creating new HTML templates for emails and in-app messages that are personalized at scale using
• Liquid. Assist with tracking, measuring, and reporting progress and overall performance of CRM channels, and regularly perform segment and user analysis.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies.
• Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
