- Welcomes customers when they arrive at the Lobby.
- Answers questions about menu items, ingredients.
- Prepares drinks and serves them to customers.
- Processes cash and credit card payments and returns change to customers if necessary.

- Answering phones from customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.
- Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
