- Search for potential candidates with the requirement.
- Screening and interviewing qualified candidates in order to ensure recruiting the best candidate.
- Consult with the Sales Team on work process and requirements.
- Sourcing candidates from other channels such as Jobthai, JobBKK, Linkedin, Facebook and etc.
- Match candidate skills and techniques with client requirements.
- Contact and interview candidates with their skills and technical abilities.
- Following feedback interview from candidates.
- Inform candidates about the results of interviews.
