I was doing a full-time internship with serrula marketing research company at liverpool street, London. I was hired as marketing research interviewer and data collector.
I interviewed a lot of respondents and targets around the world such as Thailand, Vancouver and London which related to many research projects. For example, cradit card using, observe consumer behaviours and mobile phone projects.

My previous job was a customer service agent at Domo Communication which is a supporting company for many online gambling and gaming companies that have been participated on the same online platform. We deal and support all issues between gamblers and gambling companies.

My duties were taking care of all customers problems such as games rules issues, supporting addicted gamblers who got lost their money. Dealing with money issues such as checking their balance, top up money, bonus and benefits for their accounts.

I have learnt many skills from this company. Start from how to handle gambler and dodgy people complying with policy and laws.
I learned the way to communicate and merged with people in different races such as Chinese, British, Vietnamese and etc.

I was working full time as a Sale representative at Gatelands supplies for over 2 years which is a food supplies company. We are shipping products from Asia to UK and trading goods as wholesales to restaurants and hotels.

My main roles were taking care and communicating with my clients about their orders. I need to understand and remember all requirements and details of each customers.

Secondly, i also need to think about the way to promote company to busineses communities in UK who can be potential clients such as online, social media and magazine.

I also need to think about promotion each month and sharing idea with my team about attractive strategies for up selling. Meanwhile, we need to match promotion and special offer with stock and cost as well.

I was working as a host and MC for promoting new products in events and TV since i was 18 until 26 years old then moved to study and work in London for 6 years. Now, i am living in Bangkok.
